THE DEAD MOTLEY SEX MAIDENS are :

Adam Tyner - Drums

If Dave Grohl, Peter Criss and Tommy Lee had a drug-induced, all-night bizarre love triangle, the result, besides a wrecked hotel room, might look something like Adam Tyner. Heavily influenced by these Gods of Thunder, Adam has played drums in Austin, Tx. for over 15 years. From the hippie pop of Panic Choir to the roots rock of Nathan Hamilton and No Deal to the cockrock of the Rockland Eagles, Adam lays down an appetizing blend of fat grooves, tasty chops and hot licks. As a founding member of Karaoke Apocalypse, Adam has achieved his dream: to play classic songs with his friends for drunken strangers.

Chepo Peña - Guitar

Chepo only pretends to play guitar. He really considers himself a bass player. He has played with over 30 band in his 18 year musical "career", but you may have only heard of a few of them. Chepo cut his teeth with the Austin bands Gomez and Sincola and currently plays with David Garza, Nathan Hamilton, Andrew Duplantis & The Unfaithfuls. Chepo is a computer nerd, wannabe graphic artist and pop culture enthusiast. Right now he is obsessed with the films of Almodovar, Battlestar Galactica, The L Word, and Superman.

Li Wickware - Lead Guitar

Li has played with Girls in the Nose, Handful, and Meg Hentges among others. She currently plays with the Hot As Shits.

Melicious - Hostess

Melicious shakes her tambourine as the hostess for Karaoke Apocalypse; she also plays a red Nord Electro 2 keyboard for Peter Elliott and the Sellouts. She skates as #11 of the Texas Rollergirls' Hotrod Honeys and is the author of the book Rollergirl: Totally True Tales From the Track (www.rollergirlthebook.com). Melicious is particularly fond of big black boots, leopard print, things that are sparkly, and popcorn. Her left hand is 1/2-inch bigger than her right.

Peter Elliott - Bass

Peter Elliott is the singer/songwriter behind Peter Elliott & The Sellouts, a razor shop pop-punk combo based in Austin (featuring Melicious on keys).
